Terms and Conditions for Infill In Action: Missing Middle On-Site Training
By registering for the Infill In Action course offered by Sheppard Asset Management,
you (“Student” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Course Access
Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to the course materials via our
digital platform. This includes online content, schedules for in-person visits, and
recorded sessions. Access remains available for one year from the enrollment date.2. Non-Transferable
Your enrollment is for your individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. All materials, including recordings, handouts, and templates, are intended solely
for your personal and educational use.3. Intellectual Property
All course content—videos, documents, designs, tools, and other materials—is the
intellectual property of Sheppard Asset Management. Unauthorized reproduction,
distribution, or use of any part of the content is strictly prohibited.
4. Email Communications
By enrolling, you agree to receive essential course-related communications, including
session reminders, updates, and follow-ups. You may also receive information about
future events or services from Sheppard Asset Management. You can unsubscribe from
promotional emails at any time.5. No Guarantees
While this course provides practical insights and tools to assist in small-scale infill real
estate development, we do not guarantee specific financial or project outcomes. Your
success depends on your effort, decisions, and external factors beyond our control.6. Limitation of Liability
Sheppard Asset Management is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages
arising from your participation in the course. The course is provided “as is” without
warranties of any kind, either express or implied.7. Course Content and Availability
We may update or revise course materials and schedules to ensure content remains
current and valuable. Any updates will be made available to all enrolled students at no
extra cost.8. Support
If you have questions about course content or experience any technical difficulties,

hours.9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be
subject to the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.10. Amendments
