Participants will gain practical experience at active sites, learning how to develop sustainable and profitable Missing Middle Housing projects from finding the land for a project to leasing up the finished building.

Missing Middle Housing refers to multi-unit housing solutions such as small multi-unit and low-rise apartment buildings that bridge the gap between single-family homes and large apartment complexes. It’s a key solution to increasing urban density and addressing housing shortages.
Sessions are held once a month and last approximately 6 hours, with additional optional assignments and readings.
