We expertly manage a portfolio that currently includes 50 tenants across 6 buildings in Ottawa, predominantly single room occupancy units. I specialize in helping investors and developers navigate the world of sustainable real estate. Originally from Newfoundland and now based in Ottawa, I bring over 30 years of engineering experience, including work in the defense and aerospace sectors.
Over the past decade, my focus has been on sustainable real estate practices. I’ve earned a Certificate in Real Estate Development from Carleton University and completed training as a Net Zero Builder and Renovator. I’m also registered with Natural Resources Canada, reinforcing my commitment to energy-efficient and environmentally friendly development.
Through my expertise in building science and energy efficiency, I assist clients in creating profitable, sustainable projects. My involvement with the Ottawa Real Estate Investors Organization (OREIO) and the Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association (GOHBA) helps me stay informed and share practical insights with clients.
