You’ll learn exactly how to price land, build lender-ready pro-formas, and navigate permits and budgets so you can protect your savings and stop fearing costly mistakes. We hand you a proven checklist that covers the entire journey—from first offer to final occupancy—plus the practical tools to vet contractors, compare quotes, and present your numbers with authority in any lender meeting. By the end, investment anxiety is replaced with a clear, step-by-step playbook that helps you avoid rookie overruns and launch your first sustainable project with confidence.

Sessions are held once a month and last approximately 6 hours, with additional optional assignments and readings.
