What we’ve done so far

• The existing bungalow was carefully lifted and relocated onto a new foundation, where it now provides two rental suites, avoiding demolition waste.
• The purchased lot was severed into 2, which lets us build a new three-storey, six-unit building.
• All architectural and site design is finished, and the construction permit is ready.
